Jaguar Landrover (JLR) Business Protection

About Project

As part of the JLR CPD, the Business Protection team where provided a basic security course through ARCTraining (Lynx). This course finished with the TRISAT Situational Awareness, Conflict Resolution & Breakaway Concepts one day modular package. It was agreed by the JLR Training Coordinator that this would provide much needed situational awareness training as well as unique Emotional Intelligence to develop the team strengths.

Conclusion

The agreed 5 courses extended to a final 6 th course which enabled most if not all the Business Protection Team with the required standard of training. The course had a profound effect on the teams and it was clear that they not only appreciated the level of training, but also commended the JLR Training Coordinating team for laying on the training for them. It was a pleasure for TRISat to deliver our cornerstone one day modular system to them and we hope that we will be able to deliver again in the future.
