Trisat was instructed to provide store management and engineers with a half day course in the management of conflict situations. The course was specifically designed and checked through the head of physical security to provide tools that would not only help employees manage conflict situations but also bridge the communication gap between the company employees and corporate security.

Conclusion

As this course was included as part of the employee continuing professional development and mandatory yearly training package, all the delegates benefited from the half day course and amplified to management of the need to have more in-depth training within this subject.

It was a pleasure teaching and delivering on mass in such a large venue that still got the key messages across.
