QNUK Level 3 Certificate for Close Protection Operatives (International) (RQF)

About this course

The international close protection course qualification. Intended for learners who work or want to work as Close Protection Operators internationally (NOT recognised by the UK Security Industry Authority) in the Private Security Sector. Demonstration of sector competencies commensurate to the UK standards underpins the course delivery. Licence linked qualification leading towards gaining a UK licence to practice. The SIA license requirement is for UK operations only.

Many course participants, from diferent countries (Danish, American and Nigerian security forces) have passed. The twelve day course, ensures delegates learn and understand the indicitive content and accreditation set by QNUK.

The Aim of the International Close Protection Course

CTR Secure Training – Trisat course delivery in any country by our mobile training team. The core requirements follow the same strict guidance and accreditation of the QNUK SIA course. Close protection operatives working overseas need to have training fit for purpose. Those participating in this course will be provided with the basic core close protection elements, with a focus on the environments operating within.

CTR training team can deploy and deliver professional quality certification through QNUK and OfQual ensuring the standards are managed and attained.

Course Entry Requirements

To participate and complete the International Close Protection Course qualification all candidates must: 

• Be a minimum of 18 years of age 
• Be able to Drive in the country of course delivery
• Must be reasonably fit and healthy
• Have a good comprehension of the English language
• Hold a suitable Level 3 First Aid Certificate (the certificate must have at least 12 months remaining)

Course Accreditation

This QNUK SIA Level 3 Award for Close Protection Operatives in the Private Security Industry course. The international qualification recognised by the security department of QNUK (CTR Secure Training-Trisat is an approved centre).
